Airport Service offers consistent quality you can depend
on. Burki Limousine chauffeurs are trained to maintain
intimate familiarity with the layout, logistical details
and surrounding traffic patterns of the Metro airports they
serve. Additionally, the chauffeur stays in constant
cell phone, and pager contact - eliminating every
potential problem associated with getting you to or
from your flight. This uniquely personal service saves
you precious minutes otherwise wasted in the airport.
Our computerized reservation system monitors all
incoming flights and notifies the chauffeur should there
be any flight changes
At
Washington DC Dulles Airport passengers are met inside the airport in the lower level
baggage claim area by the chauffeur bearing a placard
with the clients name. For all International
arrivals, passengers are met as soon as they exit
customs. If customers want to speed up their pickup time, they should
proceed to the DEPARTURE LEVEL (not the arrival level), and call us with the
door number at which they are standing. Airport regulations prevent us from
picking passengers from the arrival level at Dulles. In most cases drivers pick
up their passengers at baggage claim for no additional charge.
At
Baltimore Washington
DC
Airport the passenger is greeted inside the airport at
the lower level baggage claim area.
At
Washington Reagan DC National the
passenger is met inside the airport unless they request
a curb side pick up. At terminal 1or Terminal A, the old terminal, all pickups are done
curbside as there are no parking arrangements. Passengers can call us Toll free
877-423-4473 as soon as they have collected their luggage and the driver will
pick them curbside in a few minutes.
At
Washington DC Union Station
the driver will greet the client at Union Station with a placard bearing their
name on the windshield, at the second curbside, reserved for limousines.
We can also do a meet and greet for an additional fee. Please call us if you

facilitate a seamless pickup, for our new clients we
recommend that if for any reason they have trouble
locating their chauffeur they give our Help desk a call
